i went to rockauto.com and saw an oxygen sensor from beck/arney $46.79 [downstream left ] . i need the downstream o2 sensor for the right side [ passenger side][ ntk $66.79] . there is a $20 difference .
are both of the rear oxygen sensors the same ? are the connectors the same? will the ecu read it the same ?

chances are they are probably the same sensor but if there is a price difference, the only thing i can think of is that maybe one of the wire harnesses is longer than the other. Denso makes good sensors (OEM for Hondas), but I don't know if they do Nissan Pathfinder sensors....

OEM sensors are manufactured by Bosch. Just be sure you get a direct-fit sensor for the proper side and the wiring harness length will be correct. Bosch, Denso, and NTK (NGK) sensors should all work great.
