I'm replacing those rusty Outer and Inner Tie Rods but have no idea how much torque I should be applying.
Anyone has any idea?
Thanks.

[47-51 ft-lbs] So after reading that, i gather that the spec is between 47 and 51, and then make it tighter only until you can get the cotter pin in, but DO NOT exceed 80lbs. I went to 50, and had to make about a quarter more of a turn for a moog. Their rods are a little longer than OEM, so make sure you turn the hub/rotor a tad when installing. Do not pull or push hard or you will damage the steering coil. Anyway, do research on this job before hand. Chrisfix has a great video on youtube for this exact thing. I will post a "how to from a noob" in a little bit on my experince, but that guy is almost at 6 million followers! Good luck!
