New F50 Owner here. Let me say thank you to all the great people on this site that post invaluable information for those of us less knowledgeable about cars. I have picked up an unbelievable amount of pertinent information here in a week of lurking.

I recently purchased an '02 Q45 Premium with sport package with 75k, Jade Metallic with the Mocha Latte interior OK, it's silver with a beige interior.

I am currently working my way through changing all the fluids. BG44K in the tank now. Once it is done, BG engine flush and then Mobil 1 Extended Performance with BG MOA additive with a Mobil 1 oil filter. Will also change out the differential and fill with Mobil 1 75W-90. In a couple of weeks changing the tranny fluid (BG treatment afterward), a cooling system flush (BG cleaner), change out of the the power steering fluid (BG treatment), and a brake bleeding adding Synpower High Performance fluid.

I just put on Bridgestone RE060AS Pole Positions. Since it is an '02 produced in mid '01 I plan on getting the acceleration TSB work done which will hopefully help the acceleration lag (although it is nothing to sneeze at as it is).

I am just getting familiar with the Q, but I think this is going to be a car I come to love.

Anyone on here use Amsoil products? I am going to start with Mobil 1, but I am looking for something better if it exists.

Thanks again for all the helpful info. I look forward to seeing everyone's input in the various threads in this forum.

Just joined the forums today, been lurking for a few weeks. This week I picked up an '02 Q45, burgundy outside and black interior.

I'm looking to replace the wood veneer inside with another dashkit, haven't decided yet who has the nicest one. I'm open to suggestions on this one.

So, post up your F50 Q, any mods or outstanding information, and pictures (of course!)..

Too bad i dont have an F50 to post to this thread.
I finally have pic's of my car.

How exactly do you post them up or make them part of your everyday block at the bottom of posts.

Well, it's less for giving when it comes to curbs, and is a bit firmer ride. Otherwise, no real downside.
