i was just wondering what everyone with a turbo did with the first O2 sensor and egr tube? im getting ready to do some welding on my manifold and i was wondering if i should weld something in the manifold for the 1st O2 sensor and egr tube. or can i just leave them off or put them in the downpipe after the turbo??

I don't have 2 O2 sensors but I'm sure you need to keep the first one. I had a nut welded to the downpipe about 6" after the turbo for the O2 sensor and a small metal tube down below for the EGR to connect it with a flexible hose

yea i just didnt know if it would make a difference if it was before or after the turbo. because now i think the O2 sensor is in the #3 cylinder tube on my header. someone told me that i dont need the egr tube though. they said its just for emissions and that i could just plug it off since im not worried about emmisions.

put it and the egr tube in the down pipe 6 or so inches away from the turbo. if you are going to use the stock ECU keep the EGR.

yea my nsport kit puts the o2 sensor prolly 8-10inches down the downpipe. there was not place for the egr tube so i jsut cut it off. my new motor has a block off plate. im sending in an extra ecu to jwt this week it will get reprogrammed for the egr along with 740cc's

Stucture, doesn't the Nsport come with some type of fuel managment system?

Nope... well yes, if you call a RRFPR "fuel management"
