You just have to make sure the horn button has a connection to the wires going into the column. The way it works is a metal plate conducting the current when you push down on the horn button. It's two wires if I remember correctly.
It'll probably depend on the quick release manufacturer and whether or not they designed it to keep the horn. I would just call NRG. Even so though, I don't think the horn should be a deal breaker. If you really want to keep it, wire it up to a button that is on your steering column or something.
