Unfortunately not because it is obsolete and it would cost way too much to tool up for it. I assume the plastic ring broke?

There is already a company that makes one for it. I believe it is available at most Nissan / Infiniti dealers and looks rectangular and very bulky with a large hole to attach to your key ring.

Nope its fine but the buttons are somewhat worn. Do you have any more info I can supply the dealer with because they aren't the smartest bunch if you catch my drift.
