Ok so I know this has been covered many times. But I have searched and searched and nobody has an answer. Can some one please help.

03 g35 coupe 6speed
Borla headers
Full borla exhaust
Orthodox underdrive crank pully
Z tube intake
Tein lowering springs
Stock everything else.

Here are the codes
P1212 can network error tcs abs
U1001 same as above
P300 ramdom misfire
Now a new ...bank one lean code.

While idleing u can hear a slight missfire every 30 seconds or so.
But car runs great and hauls butt until this happens.
So I'm driving if it cool outside it is fine until I slow down.then if its only hot.
The vsc and tc light come on then rpm tach drops to zero. Ac blows but not cold. Then cars shuts off. I can pull over take key out for 5 to 10 seconds and it starts right back up with no lights. 5 min later does the same thing.

Also car goes dead after sitting for more than 6 hours
Already disconected the bose amp. Same thing. Disconnected the radio fuse. Same thing. Thought maybe it was the grounding it. Disconnected that. Same thing. Still dead.

Things I've done.
New plugs
New cam sensors
New crank sensors
Engine grounding kit
Took dash apart and regrounded behind dash
Checked all connections at ecu, bcm, ipdm
Checked all fuses and relays
Smoke tested engine for vacumm leaks.
Did all the ecm throttle and air resets.

I'm stumped right now. I have read all over the place about these issues but have not seen a fix to them. Can someone help I loe my g but I just want to drive it normally.
