If you go with 8's in the front and a high offset I'd go with a wider tire just to make it look more wide.
If you want your tires flush then you wanna aim for 9.5 +35 ish all around with tires that are on the border of being too small for what is recommended for the proper tire size (not stretched though).
If you want your wheels flush, then aim for 9.5 +30 front like flores said and +30 or +25 rear with a light tire stretch.
You don't necessarily have to pull your rear fenders. But the more you pull, the less negative camber you have to use. I didn't pull mine and I'm running 9.5 +11. You can play with your camber a bit. I like the look of less negative camber but I'd rather not pull fenders
