New User , need help!! [Video]

Hey guys, i'm new to this forum, i've pretty well done my first engine swap with just the help of this forum from searching, but i wouldn't know how to begin to describe this problem. I got my z around September and i'm just now to the point of getting it on the road, traded my Datsun 280zx for it, it was supposed to just be a fuel pump, turned out it had a blown headgasket. So i just saved up and bought a used JDM one. I got it in and everything hooked up, went to start it today and this is what i get. Please, Please, Please help, i'm getting evicted at the end of the month and i have to get my car on the road! Thanks in advance!

Sounds like it's trying. Is there fuel pressure? Spark on all cylinders? Injectors all firing?
