New To Forum Buy an Armada?

Im looking to buy an Armada, I leave to Basic training end of may, and return end of September. Ill be test driving plenty of test drives. I have a 1969 chevy c10 step side that I put a 454 in, so i needed something to actually drive past a few gas stations, I bought a 1997 isuzu hombre with a 2.2, Im sitting around 18-20 in city. When I return I would like to purchase something actually NICE. I am 18, will be 19 when i return, I have a great diesel tech job, and I am a college student, on the G.I. bill so I can pull student loans. Ive read forums of guys getting 17 mpg's in their armadas, has anyone on here got anywhere around that? and want to share the tips? if youd like to give me some good advice my name is Roy Barrera from Boise Idaho and this is the link from the ARMADA i am looking into.

I have had an '04 QX56, '08 Armada, and currently a 2010 Armada. My '04 and '08 were both a little better than 14mpg, I have been getting 15mpg in my current Armada. Mostly highway, usually drive around 75mph. Hope this helps!
