So I figured this would be a better introduction thread than anything I can say about myself, AND I get to show off the car at the same time.

So the G has come a long way since I first got it, and is now riding strong with 93,000 miles on it. Just wanted to throw up a few shots of the car as it has progressed throughout the years. Unfortunatly I do not have any shots of the car throughout its first year of ownership. I originally recieved this G35 for my 18th birthday with around 30,000 miles on it. It has been in the family since 0 miles, December of 2002.

A shot of the G from the front, before any real major damage. The date is off, but in the right year at least, this was 2 months before my birthday.

And the mods i recieved it with:

Notice I did the taillights almost as soon as I got the car into my posession. It was a week after I first met Paul. I continued working on the car after the taillights, put in a z-tube, and we moved onto the interior and started with the suede.

Notice the headliner isn't done yet. This was finished a month after the rest of the interior, once the exterior of the car was fixed. With this fix came the blacked out headlights, and the painted lowers. Clear corners where installed by now also.

Now the car was left alone for a little bit and then i dropped it on a full 350z suspension. This included springs, shocks, struts, sway bars, and top mounts from a 350z track edition. Combining these with a 45 profile tire gave me a huge handling improvement:

Now came the color happy mods lol. One of these shots was used in Nissan Sport Magazine next to a discussion about brakes for an 03 RWD sedan =] Take a look:

Then I ACCIDENTLY saw a G35 Sedan in my color, with a gialla style grill, and a for sale sign. So I called up the owner and ended up with a free grill swap, my OEM one for his ebay Gialla replica.

Now it was about damn time to put some rims onto this b****, so that was the next thing. Following the rims I put on 10k HID kit for my headlights, and an OEM style spoiler.

Shortly after this I played around with some various other HID options, and settled on 10k top, and 15k McCulloch for the fogs. Here are some shots of that. Take note that the bumper and grill has been fixed and repainted since these pictures, as you will see later on.

Then, in a very spur of the moment, I jumped off work early, called up Adam at Performance Motorsports and said im coming for my exhuast, and started out on the 56 mile drive out to Performance Motorsports. Finding the shop wasn't hard at all as it is surrounded by Smithtown Nissan, and Smithtown VW with a couple of big signs pointing to the shop. Once inside, I was a little bit awe-struck as I walked into a fully furnished, air conditioned shop, with two huge flat screens sitting on opposite sides of the walls facing each other, Volk and HRE rims were out on display, along with TEIN coilovers, HKS exhuasts, and Garrett turbo's. I have never seen a cleaner shop to date. A quick transaction, some general chit-chat, and a sound demonstration of the Skyline, and I was on my way to Mitchy's Auto Service (G35_LI's place) to get this Greddy exhuast mounted.

Shortly afterwards I decided to add the OEM mudguards, redneck style. So I picked up some Silver spray-can paint, and went to work:

Since then I have went through various HID setups to find the right one. So far I am settled on 8K headlights with 3k foglights. No other major modifications have been made. I have added a Rockford Fosgate P3 12", in a ported custom box, mated to a P600.2 Rockford Fosgate amp, capped ofcourse.

Other performance mods include a Megan Racing Y-Pipe, custom CAI (3" tube with a 3" KN cone filter, fairly simple things), AAM Plenum Spacer. All opinions, ideas and comments are welcome.

And ofcourse my white clock:

Very sharp looking ride you have there. It's got a nice stance to it and it's a nice little mix of a little bit VIP and a little bit sports car.

Probably one of the nicest G sedans I have seen in a long time.
