I recently replaced my shocks on my 2007 M35 Sport with non sport KYB's. Made a huge difference. Way more stable, better handling less lean.

Today I replaced the struts. Really nice improvement in road manners although not as huge as the rears(about 50%).

I got the struts for $177 shipped.

Here in Phoenix we have a place called "U FIX IT". Great place. For $10 an hour you get all air tools and a wall mounted spring compressor.

For $15 you get all that plus a lift. I chose the lift.

Normally it takes me about 5.5 hours to do the struts. Today it only took 2.5 hours. Love them air tools!

Again, I highly recommend the KYB non-sport shocks and struts. For $272 delivered on all (4) corners they can't be beat. :woot:

Where did you get the shocks and struts from?

Oh, I see that you had a link to Amazon for the shocks & stunts. Looks like a great deal!

Amazon for the shocks only!

I bought the struts from JC Whitney.

The rear shocks will fit, but not the front struts. The fronts have a fork to straddle the axle. There are no aftermarket options for the AWD M's. Infinitipartsusa sells the factories at the best price I have seen for the AWD struts.

Yes, but you may want to consider the sport version for struts due to the added 100 pounds of "kik azz" under the hood of your V8 beast. Especially if handling is more important to you than ride quality.

I've had my KYB's for awhile now and have no complaints. Originally I had the non-sports
(EXCEL G/GR2) but later swapped them out for the sports -- I'm also lowered on H-Techs so my ride is great....I've had KYB's on other cars and trust the quality and durability...

congrats on the find....

I also posted a Thread regarding my change to KYB's....just search "shocks..."
