I think i found an alternative to those $75.00 diff bolts that people are trying to rape 240sx owners with. these are P/N: 38102-7S000 and i got them from Gspec.com they are supposedly OEM Diff bolts for a 99-02 S15 Silvia.

Are these the same bolts as the NISMO 38102-Rs500 Bolts that are way overpriced? i dont see why they would be any different seeing as they bolt up to the OEM S15 Helical Diff that comes stock in the s15's. Please let me know if i found something that will save some people money. Thanks here are some pictures:

Found this thread while searching for the part number of some bolts I just received. If you look at these and compare them to what the Nismo bolts look like, these will not work. They do not have the required 12mm-13mm step that is needed. These bolts would work if you were to use the S15 ring gear, but it's 3.6:1 ratio is not really ideal for 99% of 240 owners. The 3.6 is designed to go behind the S15 6 speed transmission, so the gearing is a little long for the 5 speed KA/SR transmission. So, if you want to use the S15 diff with the OEM S13/S14 ring gear, these bolts will not work. You NEED the Nismo bolts with the 13mm shank and 12mm threads.

The place that I bought the bolts from told me to go ahead and try them and "see if they fit". I'll pass on that. I'm sending mine back and already have the correct bolts, which are part number 38102-RS500, on the way. .......

For reference, here's what the correct bolts look like.
