So I got my first car and first 240sx with sr20det redtop in it. So it ran perfect when we were at the place and started perfect except once after a little it didnt start. It made the sound like an injecting sound when starting up, (new injector was put in not too long ago) i guess but didnt start for a while. Drove it home (40 minute drive) Now it wont start, it makes the noise right before starting but doesnt actually start. Did after a bunch of tries once, but i stalled out (don't make fun) and now all the power just died??

Doesn't help much. what kind of "noise?" and where is this "noise" coming from?

I think it's the fuel primer sound when you turn on the car's power. The car started once after holding it in the start position for a couple seconds like 6-more. Power died, I think it's a loose grounding cable though, could that be the cause for the starter not to crank the engine?

Can you push start the car?
Once it starts, does it run fine?

If battery was relocated then it could be poor grounding. Ground the battery in the trunk better. Had that with a friends car. They didn't use a large enough cable for power or ground wires

I just bought a 4 gauge wire and am going to regroups to same place on side of drunk but clean and sand that area... Hopefully it runs ok. When running sometimes the rpms drop down to as low as 400 rpms usually when stopping, could it be a coupler leak that I need fix too?
