Im trying to help my friend out wit hhis 1995 Skyline. The car is rough to start you actually have to bee on the gas to get it to start. Once it is started it will idle but reve back and forth between 1000-1500 rpms. When you rev it up to say 3-4 thousand and let off the car dies. When you try to drive the car it runs ok but the second you push the clutch in to start slowing down the car dies as well. I have change the plugs cleaned the MAS and have taken off and check the TPS. As well as looked everywhere for vacuume leack with no luck. Im really not famiular wit hthese types of cars and I'm hoping one you guys can shed some light on my problem. I have check the TPS sensor and it is ranging fro .5 to right about 4.0 at WOT.... Thanks Brian

TPS voltage sounds normal. Is the BOV stock? Is the IACV plumbed up to the charge pipe and functioning normally?

Vacuum leak or a bad MAF. If you can't find it, take it to a professional.
