the parts cost $200 each + $120 installation per door. the dealer has a large supply of these parts... probably cause a lot of people are having problems with their door locks.

I feel your pain. I am no fan of extended warranties but I decided to take it on my G. I am good until 2012 or 96k miles and it covers some items that are not covered under the original manufactures warranty. You may want to check it out if you can still get it?

Time to start saving $200 per month for future repairs and mainteance.Luckily V6 are less expensive than V8 Lux o sports. Even I4 Civics cost $1400 per year if you skimp.

My 18 year old Q runs about $3,000 per year prorated. A few years were $6k-$7k........................but I've gotten 318,000 miles.

Last time I checked the Canadian Flag was made in China. I assume the same with the American Flag. ARGH

man now they charge 479 to replace a door lock actuator. My buddy had both go out the same day and he took it in to the dealer and they told him it would cost $479 each door.
