mystery vent?

I have a 2010 HB Versa and there is a mystery vent on the right side of the cargo area does anyone know what that is? I dont want to tear to look if it isnt anything thanks.

It is the cabin pressure release vent. There is a 1-way flap behind it. When you close the doors, the flap lets air escape the car easily, so the sudden burst in air pressure from closing the door doesn't dislodge any seals.
