My turn signals aren't flashing

I need some serious help!! My turn signals aren't flashing and neither are my hazard lights! They are still illuminating but they aren't flashing. I'm afraid I am going to get pulled over for my turn signals not working! All of the auto shops are closed already for today because its Sunday! Please help me out! What can I do!?

Yes and I've checked all the fuses, the bulbs are all good, Im pretty sure it's just the flasher but I am having trouble locating the flasher.

If the hazard switch is malfunctioning, the turn signals will not function either.

The flasher is located under the driver's side instrument panel. It's fairly difficult to find. Does it still click if you turn a signal on? That'll help you locate it.

No nothing is clicking at all... And nothing flashes ever haha
