My door wont open. The lock wants to pop up but cant for some reason. The solenoid is getting power because the lock is moving up a little bit.... just not all the way. Something is stopping it! Has anyone had this issue? I am a diesel mechanic and know my way around vehicles but my prescious Q45... not a specialist. Thanks for any help.

I tried getting a mate to open the door on the outside while I was pulling open lock and the door handle on the inside... it didnt work... I am going to check the fsm... but need help please.
