Hey everyone, got my car dipped before leaving for the Air Force after the summer. Figured it would be outside for months so this beats waxing it all the time.

Well...you did a great job, but it doesn't have that car "shine". It looks like spray paint...

Now to fix that, a paint shop may be able to apply a few coats of clear. That plus a wax job may wake it up.

Well, not really my cup of tea but it would protect the paint if you leave it outdoors for long periods of time.
