Had the smoked corners already posted in the Exterior section. But got the bumper plugs in the front plate holes and at least rinsed the car off. These wheels are the hardest thing to keep clean, ever!

My plugs:Small nylon plugs/clips, labeled as 'Nissan' at Lowes Hardware (have the bags if anyone needs to know)Sanded with 200 grit3-4 coats of touch-up paintSanded with 2000 grit2-3 coats of clear coatDrilled out the hole just a little to fitPut clear silicone on the tabs when inserted

Was in the slide out draws of the 'specialty' nuts/bolts/screws, there are a few that say 'nylon' pieces or something like that.

Looking for a Z tube and maybe a popcharger.Maybe a plenum spacer sometime (5/16).Front strut bar.Eventually want the OEM 19's.

But my S13 coupe is the first priority, it needs to run again (been working on the turbo install and other things for 3+ months).

As far as your front pads go(wheels hard to keep clean) upgrade to Nismo Brake pads. 41060-RNZ35. They are a little bit noisier but grip very well and are much less dusty.

When I bought my car used, they had NISSAN pads on it. UNBELIEVABLE amounts of black dust!!! They were also squealing like a pig!!!I've since replaced them with AKEBONO ProAct ceramics. Got them at Car Quest. Now, I don't even notice the dust!!! No more squealing!!!

I'll probably get some hawk pads or something when these wear out. I just hope they don't have much life left.

The touchup paint I got from the dealer. I used some clear wheel paint I had leftover, it was from Auto Zone I believe (Duplicolor).

More done:

Almost bought some OEM 19" wheels, but couldn't get him low enough, that's probably a good thing though.

Stuff came in yesterday, installed today.

Z-tube and JWT pop charger, definately louder intake and much more free flowing compared to stock.

OEM splash guards. Only hard things were taking off the rear wheels to be able to drill the holes on the inside of the fender and jacking up the front to drill underneath the sides.

Anyone reset the ECU (unhook battery for a while) after an intake install and notice a difference?

JWT instructions didn't mention it, but I know it helps with all 240sx intake installs. I would have just done it, but don't want to have to reset/setup everything (getting lazy in old age).

Floored it yesterday to get around someone and wow didn't really notice the intake noise difference until then.

If you have a friend at the dealer have him clear the self learn and clear alpha readings, so the ecu knows what normal op is with the mods.

Or, you could follow the gas pedal reset method. Timing is critical, though.

Love fishing as well, though usually stick with freshwater.
