Can you guys help me out with this one? To me, she seems SOOOOO "not hot". As a matter of fact, she looks like a freaking train wreck most days. And she tops Maxim's Hot 100 list?? I don't get it

I think the problem is that she's naturally pretty but wears and tries on a ton of different styles that make her look like a dummy. In the Party in the USA video, she looks like a normal person and is attractive.

When she's made-up exactly right, she looks reasonably cute. Not hot. On all other days she looks either meh or bad. So not hot.

Also:
There is NO BIGGER TURNOFF than a woman with a damn novel tattoed on her. I don't get it. Every effing "hot" celebrity has it. It's ugly, stupid, and whatever endless swath of "meaningful" crap they had perma-inked into their skin is more often actually nothing more than empty-headed drivel. Doesn't matter where it is.
