Metal Sound when Accelerating?

Hi everyone. I have searched both google and here and perhaps I am not searching for the right thing but, I have a slight metal on metal sound coming from the truck near the front when accelerating from a stopping position. And then I came to realize I can replicate the noise while I am going 40 if I push the gas pedal to a certain point and hold it there, it will steady grind.

It sounds like a metal fan hitting some other metal object continuously. Any idea's on what it could be?

Btw in case you don't check the side car is an Infiniti QX56. 2005.
