Get ready for the questions:
1) What transmission (if you went V160 congrats as that is probably the only manual that'll take the weight/power)
2) If auto, what torque converter
3) What rear end
4) What engine management
5) What turbos (and why the hell didn't you go single)
6) which intercooler
7) Where did you pick it up (looking for one for another project)
8) What are you doing with the old motor (I'd like some parts off it)

Congrats again and looking forward to updates.

First upgrades in mind that i would like to get done asap will be suspension, and 3.73 rear end from G37.

Interested to see how the Toyo 340 holds up. I ran one briefly behind a 1U and they seem stout. Fairly loose stock TC with the 2J so you should be good there.
Didn't see the Go-Tech in the picture before - been reading up on them. Looks nice and a relatively good deal.
Stock rear end with the stock Toyo TC should be giving you enough load for really good turbo response, especially with the stock twins.

Very very neat project, looking forward to updates!

When did the G37 go to a 3.73? I thought it had always been a 3.69 ratio

Either way, before you get it put on you can always get aftermarket gears if you really wanted to. Then you can go all the way up to 4.##

Yes, at least one or two of the years will bolt up with basically no work involved in the swap. I have a G37s rear differential on my '06 M35. The 45 is a bit different, it required a few more changes to be made. Still easy in either case though
