M45 On Eibach Springs

Hi, I have just purchased a 2007 Infiniti M45. I'm looking into 20 inch TSW wheels.
Size - Front 20 x 8.5 / Rear 20 x 10

Bolt Pattern - 5 x 114.3

Offset - Front +35 / Rear +40

Centerbore to fit  - 73.1mm

Would Eibach springs fit, and be able to lower the car about an inch or 1.5 inches safely?

yes they will fit with your numbers

you'll need centering ring for the wheels
