I was nosing around and found out that the 2004 Nissan Fuga 350GT is the exact M35 for 2006-07. Interior and exterior seem exact copies. So, I wonder if the parts are a streight swap? Maybe they have more aftermarket parts.

generally the same for both M35 and M45.

not sure what type of parts you are looking for but generally they are interchangeable.

slight differences would be the body parts like the front bumper is a tad bit tighter on the Fuga vs M35/M45 as the us version has a tad more padding for DOT specs - very minor.

but fuga tail lights, emblems, rain guards all can be used on our rides...

Can we install the front Headlight of Nissan Fuga 350GT on Infiniti M35X 2007. i need left headlight on infiniti m35x and its part number is 26060-EH125 and for FUGA the headlight part # is 26060-EG625. Just to make sure before i place the order online
