lowering springs

I have a new 2012 versa hatchback. I want to lower it. I am looking at the H&R Sport Spring it say it will lower it Approx. 1.4 in front and 1.3 in back Now can I use the shocks that came with the care or do I need to replace them too. Second I want to have a more aggressive look on the car so any suggestions on rim and tire size but not so low i need to drive 1mph on every little crack on the road.

i did re-use the OEM struts. Will be OK.

I did 17 x 7" +38 wheels. All pictures in the build thread in New Members if you want to see what I had.
