Any have a loss of power after running 20s and what the best method to get it back

20's, by themselves, won't necessarily cause a power loss. Wheel weight and additional rolling resistance due to wider tires can. What is the weight of the 20's + tire as compared to the ones replaced?

This is exactly what i was thinking. I've seen some 20" rims weigh a ton.

Any ideas on how to increase the HP I hear KnS or stage two performances not trying to got broke but be nice to get it around 350hp

on a g37, to get 350 hp, a supercharger would work. Or if you want serious power a turbo kit. really depends on what you want to spend. but a smaller kit at an affordable price should get you to 350hp.

How about lighter rims,20 are a show part if you want performance go for stock with a z rated tire,switch out when u want to go fast/street nights
