I don't want to spend $400 at the dealership to replace this part. I need to know where this is located in the engine. I'm not all that engine savvy, but am confident I could replace the part if I can locate. I'll get one from the dealership for $90 and hopefully replace myself. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Welcome to NICO.

The bank 2 sensor 1 O2 is located in the exhaust manifold (or just under the flange for the y-pipe) in the manifold closest to the radiator.

http://www.sparkplugs.com has replacements at a reasonable price. I'm also pretty sure there is a write up on how to replace them in the FAQ/How-to sticky at the top of the forum.

Lots and lots of leverage... possibly a little heat too.

A penetrating lubricant such as PB Blaster will likely help as well.
