Yes, on the same website. Hover over the Knowledgebase tab at the top and the link to the TSB's and other info will show up. You have to join (free) to be able to view the documents. You can download two per day free, or pay for unlimited.

I need to call the dealer about the bluetooth issue. When i am on the phone with someone it sounds as if I am riding with the windows down. It stops once I come to a stop and starts again once I get up to 35 or more.

I called the dealership on Friday and they called me back saying that the ITB is not a service campaign or recall and that I would have to pay out of pocket to have it looked at and fixed. Guy said I could contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs. One thing I have realize is there are a lot of people that work at these infiniti dealerships that have no clue as to what they are saying or doing. I listen and laugh on the inside when they tell me some BS that I already know the answer for.

Unfortunately Walt ITB's that do not make it to recall status are not free...they should be, but they're not the same as recall campaigns. However, you should have you car looked at under this ITB11-046a Service Campaign...this IS free as it is a nav update which may fix your issue:

On the Applied Vehicles listed above, the navigation, mobile phone, iPod®, and voice recognition functions may not be working as intended. To remedy this potential condition, Infiniti is conducting this voluntary service campaign to update the navigation software at no charge for parts or labor. In addition, as part of this navigation software update, a call waiting function will be added to the hands-free phone system.

Vic,

I mentioned that to the Service guy and he said that I could call infiniti consumer affairs to see what they would do. However, with my car being out of extended warranty I would have to pay out of pocket for them to even look at it. $130 for them to look at it I will just deal with it or wait until I get my sub out in and have the place check it for me.

Walt, the ITB11-046a I referenced above is free. According to the bulletin, there is no charge, regardless of your warranty status. I also found this ITB which better addresses the Bluetooth issue:
https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2012/ ... 9-5093.pdf
It is also free.

I guess I should add that they have to run your VIN number first, for all campaigns.
