I have alot of problems with the bluetooth calling as well people always say its hard to hear or i can't hear them but audio works fine. Let me know how it goes.
I called the dealership on Friday and they called me back saying that the ITB is not a service campaign or recall and that I would have to pay out of pocket to have it looked at and fixed. Guy said I could contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs. One thing I have realize is there are a lot of people that work at these infiniti dealerships that have no clue as to what they are saying or doing. I listen and laugh on the inside when they tell me some BS that I already know the answer for.
Unfortunately Walt ITB's that do not make it to recall status are not free...they should be, but they're not the same as recall campaigns. However, you should have you car looked at under this ITB11-046a Service Campaign...this IS free as it is a nav update which may fix your issue:walt1227 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2018 8:38 amI called the dealership on Friday and they called me back saying that the ITB is not a service campaign or recall and that I would have to pay out of pocket to have it looked at and fixed. On the Applied Vehicles listed above, the navigation, mobile phone, iPod®, and voice recognition functions may not be working as intended. To remedy this potential condition, Infiniti is conducting this voluntary service campaign to update the navigation software at no charge for parts or labor. In addition, as part of this navigation software update, a call waiting function will be added to the hands-free phone system.
