Ok, the mustang lip looks better and is larger. How much does it cost though?
Do you have a pic of one not mounted on a car? I am curious as to what it is made out of, how well it bends, etc.

I'm interested to see how this turns out. Is your front bumper completely flat? Mine has an indent where the grill is

i got the lip and put ti on today. it was really easy, it took about 1hr 15mins without a helper and thr wrong size drill bit (to small)

the middle of the lip is 2in off the ground, i might put 1 bolt in the middle this weekend...

the thing I hate about the standard bumper is that it is not flat the whole circumference. The lip looks great. I wish the center was filled in between the lip and the bumper. It would help with downforce and airflow.

i decided im going to put 2 bolts with washers as spacer in the middle. it will hold it up and give a little more clearance. if it ever stops raining that is.

I'm a big fan of the Mach1 lip.

One does need to take their time to mold it right. Done right, ROckstar.... done quickly, looks out of place.

Another cool lip I was looking at was the Seat lip. Here is one on an R32 and how to do it correctly.... yes the bumper should come off for a good fit. http://www.strictlyea.com/features/r32seatlip.html

your versa looks lowered. just wondering how much? also do you think the lip can be held on by double sided tape instead of bolting it up. looks nice and may want to get one for mine but really dont want to put holes in my bumper.

it is lowered about 2.5 inches in the front and 3 inches rear in these pics. now it is raised about .5 inch front and .25 rear. ALOT easier to drive now.

i say no on the tape, i use the least amount of bolts i could and still used 15 (i think).
the holes wouldnt really be noticable if i took the lip off.

did u do a write-up on this? i looked in the nissan versa tutorials and the nissan tech articles and didnt find anything. Is there somewhere else? wanting to see the installation process and where you put the relief cuts at.

nope, i didnt do a write-up. but it is pretty easy.

quick walk through:
-after you remove bumper, center the lip and "mount" (how ever you decide) the middle of the lip.
-then go out from both sides and mount again.
-when you get to a point where you need to widen the lip, make a releif cut (make sure to moiunt on both sides of the cut).
-then you need to "narrow" the lip. do this buy cutting a wedge out to make a sharper corner (again mounting on both sides).
-trim the ends.
-then you get to figure out how you want to mount the middle, i used washers as spacers and bmittn i think just mounted it straight to the bumper.
