Before anybody asks about the lift - 4" prado lift prototype subframe drop, 4" motor mounts, 2.5" strut spacers, 3" rear spacers, 2" AC coils front and rear, KYB GR2 front struts, Bilstein 5150 reservoir rear shocks. BFG MT 33x12.5 with custom siping. The bumper and sliders are custom, from scratch. No you can not buy this lift kit anywhere in the USA. You can try calling Japan, or you can build one yourself.

My only question is where did he get the dual exhaust and is that CARB legal?

I wish my QX had a double poop chute

He just added the rear section, to split from one pipe into 2. Any muffler shop could slap one together, but the OEM exhaust is VERY specialized. A lot of people who replace exhausts with custom, on R50s, end up with their exhaust hitting the rear axle on full flex, or hitting the spare tire. Maybe that's why he doesnt have a spare? Maybe not. Anyways the dual exhaust looks great in my opinion. And yes, it would definitely be carb legal as long as he didn't touch the catalytic converter.

California Air Resources Board... they deal with the emissions here in CA... One of street racers worst enemies Auto emissions have very strict guidelines here, yet the air in the valley of Los Angeles still looks disgustingly brown...

Is that because tractors could never pass a smog test?

Likely the liftgate has been replaced or repaired. Whoever reinstalled the emblem didn't put it where it belongs. Drives me nuts when I see cars on the road with misplaced emblems.

I am resurrecting this thread...

He custom fabricated his rear bumper himself? That's not a Kennesaw Mountain Accessories bumper? I want that rear bumper.

Can I just take my Pathy to a machine/welding shop and ask them to fabricate a bumper like that?

a friend of mine in high school had a jeep cherokee that was seriously lifted like this, he used our elective welding class to fabricate a custom rear/front bumper. Considering we were only 17, his truck was nice like this one

No, he didn't fab s***. Tyler Morgan built the SFD lift, KMA built the front bumper & Richard Ziekle built the rear bumper. If you would like to get in touch with Richard email me & I will get you in touch with him.

Brian's truck used to be a stock 2wd Frontier until Richard got a hold of it (Richard did all of his work)Brian's Truck:

Why people don't remove that tacky dealer detail stripe I have no idea, it looks so bad.

Its a good lift from a good company, I just recently threw a set of 35's on mine. I have tried and tested this lift in all sorts of conditions and its performed very well.

I am surely jealous of these lifted 4x4 Pathys. I only wish mine was that high 01silvapathy. Where did you order it or is it custom?

Its a 4in sfd coupled with 2in springs, so right at around 6in of lift with the 35's the roof line sits right at about 6'8...barely fits in the garage :ohno: Starting on the planning stages for a solid axle swap this coming spring hopefully.
