Let's see everyones engine pics...

NICO forum member mello88 has compiled a ton of these pictures and made a slideshow/video out of them. http://www.vimeo.com/296928Thanks mello!

It's been a while since we've done a RB forum picture thread... So for fun, how about everyone posts a couple recent shots of their engine bay. It's always cool to see what others have done and maybe get some ideas for your own...

Just got it out tonight thanks to Nate (RBTALLY) taking out the KA soon


Can't wait to see the custum intake mani and intercooler

i don't have many good pics of my car but here is one that will work for now.


i have some more of the engine, the swap and the car but i don't feel like putting them up now. maybe later.

lol, dude i remember meeting you last year at hyperfest here in charlotte, glad to see the car is still running.
i nolonger have my s13 but the same engine is in my s14......we will have to meet up some time this comming hyperfest.

This picture is about a 2 week old. I am working on mounting the fmic. Also working on the front turbos exhaust piping around the steering.

Actually it was built by Unstable Hybrids. The car is for sale. Go to the classifieds section here and click on nissan cars. Will consider trade for 1995 or newer 240sx. Mechanically the car is great. Drives like a dream car.

I dont have anything recent
since this picture the engine has been out, and back in. its cleaner in there and the valve covers were painted with a gunmetal textured paint.

This is version #2 with #1 getting forged pistons, custom rods, and other goodies to come....

Here's mine. Still have to tidy things up and touch up the paint. A/C will be installed hopefully next week along with some goodies.
1993 Hatch with R33 SII RB25DET now running on 5 cylinders...Thanks SPEEDLAB [UPDATE 5/12/07-->FIXED for $43]

anyways, heres what she used to look like...

check your MAF (wiring, clean, etc.)

Don't know quite yet. It will most likely be a 2.2. The block is off right now getting cryo treated along with the stock crank. My plans so far are working out. I will be sending off the stock rod to my rod builder and the pistons will be Wiseco units which will also be coated with Swain tech poly moly and Ceramic armor.
