Yes it will. The only differnce is the DE has that little lump that sticks out of the oilpan where ya drain your oil.

The hump is the difference between an s13 ka24de pan and s14 ka24de pan.

Felpro gasket for 89-90 ka24e:

Felpro gasket for 91-98 ka24de:

Notice the front (to the right of the image), the sohc one has an angle to it.

I've removed both sohc & dohc oil pans & I don't remember them being the same. In the image pic, you can see the slight differences in the front of the oil pans as well (and the sides may not line up 100%).

sohc oil pan (you can see where it angles in in the right of the image (found on ka-t.org):

dohc oil pan (you can see how it is straight @ the front - images found on FRSport.com):

Upon further searching, bruinbear714 also confirms (he's a local guy to me & knows as well as worked on A LOT of s13's & s14's - dohc's & sohc's). zerothread?id=57761

I hope that is enough evidence (couldn't get a better pic of the sohc oil pan) to show you.

EDIT: Here is a better pic of a sohc pan:

And again, the dohc pan (a different view):

That should settle it once and for all.
