Just wanted to make sure, are the bearings supposed to angle a bit?

Yes it's not uncommon for them to angle slightly. Event he stock ones do a little

That rubber boot really helps to keep the dirt, water, well just the crap out. Really need another one, completely ripped one of them. Or is that only for Powertrix?
