Juke A/C problem

Hello guys,,

Recently i have noticed a strange "cling" noise whenever i start my A/C on.
I don't remember hearing this sound before so i don't think it is normal.

What do you guys say?

I haven't heard that. Probably because as soon as I turn my car on the fan is blowing air at me on full blast. Can't hear anything.

I've only had mine for 3 weeks and I think I am hearing the same thing.
It happens when you start the car and the A/C was left on the last time that you turned the car off.
It is like the car starts and then a split second later there is a little "clink" noise when the compressor engages.
IDK if it's normal though.

Yap, thats the noise i hear.
I don't think it is normal, because i do not recall hearing it during the first months of usage.
I hope i can get it in service next week.

Mine does the same, and it's still under 500 miles. But I always turn the A/C off before turning the car off. Maybe we'll have to wait for a recall or something.

Mine does the same thing and I got 1300 miles on it. But I turn my A/C off everytime.

thats the clutch catching the pulley. totally normal. as the car ages, certain noises will become slightly louder or quieter as parts settle in.
