Well, the headgasket blew on my s14 sr , and after removing the head to replace it, I have decided to build the whole motor. I always had plans to build it, but i didnt think it would happen sooo soon, but oh well.

Well about a week ago i got my Greddy Rocker Arms Stoppers in and i was getting ready to put them in, but it turns out, I will be holding off on it because I'm just going to build the whole motor.

Picture Time!!! I must not have the pictures of when i first got the car on this computer but here was a few weeks later

Well, I recently got the motor completely torn apart. sending the block out soon to get sleeved, just waiting for the sleeves to come in. So to kill some down time, i was going to clean up the engine bay. Well after some time removing stuff that was no longer needed that was still connected on the chassis ( cruise control components, a/c crap, etc etc, i decided to pull the chassis harness out of the car, and remove wires and de-pin stuff i didnt need. I took the chassis harness completely out of the car and started, my car originally had every i option imaginable. So it took some time to remove alot of the unused wires. The wiring harness is like 1/3 of the size it used to be haha. So my friend Dan and I were standing there after depinning and removing all that crap and decided why not tuck the harness? Completely tuck it. So we did, the only wires running through the fenders now are the headlight stuff and the side marker, and then on the passenger side, also the washer pump plugs. Haven't finished it yet, but it looks alot better.

Passenger Side FenderDriver Side

The joy inside - all the new wiring ran, tucking the actual chassis harness too

Ready for some prep work such as welding the holes, and getting ready for paint.

Soon To Come... BRAKE LINE "TUCK"

I decided to go with the 280 cams just because not many people run them. and that way, i dont really have an option to upgrade my cams later on down the road. It will be all the supporting stuff, like a much bigger turbo. The turbo, im going with (as of right now) is the Garrett GT3076r bolted to the Peakboost Top Mount manifold. I plan on running 1000cc injectors, and still running e85. I still need to discuss more with a local tuner in the area, but thats what im set on as of right now.

Well, paying off bills one by one.... Uninsured Hospital bills suck, they hurt more then the injury you went to the hospital for, anyways, im still getting parts here and there. Nothing major yet. A few days ago i got my mazworx main studs cause im trying to get the bottom end all ready to send out to blue oval for machining. In the meantime however, I have been prepping the engine bay. I'm going to repaint it gold. Then im going to do a matte black valve cover and intercooler piping to get something that hopefully looks sick. Havent started to painting process yet, still trying to smooth everything out. Anyways, time for the pics

finished all the sanding, and so tonight i went ahead and sprayed the engine bay with primer. In the end its going to be a gold engine bay. My valve cover will be a satin black, along with, intercooler pipings, and anything else that i see looking better satin black.
