came across this listing, cars looks pretty clean,

but as usual with all listings people will load pics from all possible angles EXCEPT the ones I really want to know....the damn BAR sticker and the DOT/EPA stuff.... anyone know the details on this one?

If it were a true Motorex car with the appropriate bond release then they would have listed it.

But isn't $35k what Motorex cars are going for nowadays?? I know that R34 for 10k sounds VERY fishy!!

I could go though a long explanation of why its not legal, or you could just trust me that its not.
