lol the trick is to glide the sharpie over the needle, not color it in like its paper! :mike

Image
RS style bov(for now, not a fan of rs but its temporary and got was given to me)... gotta figure out how to recirculate it now

So today was a great day on the swap that ended horrible! lol

almost figured out my vacuum situation, turns out my RS BoV wasnt opening, so we opened it up :ohno: and the f*** had 2 springs! which made it impossibley stiff! took one out...hook it up and reved then all of a sudden! PSSTTTHHH! and we got booost! lol awsome feeeling! so we are adjusting it a bit, it isnt recirculated yet but it isnt affecting idle at all like i thought it would, but im still gonna try to recirc it!.......wen BOOOOM! the f*** clutch fan flew off into the yard next door! like 30 FEET! tore of the pulley and adapter to water pump, wrecked my fan shroud and sank my heart into my arse!

needless to say tomorrows paycheck is gone already! but i already found the pulley on nico and its on its way, im gonna run electric fans now and i get a hook up cuz my mechanics wife works at pepboys!

and my boost gauge cracked wen the fan flew off (fell out of my hand wen i ducked) so im gonna order a prosport elec one!

Image
filter came in!

Image
painted window handle back to black...soon no more ricer red

Image
installed jdm ignition ring!

Image
Image
Image
took off the cracked spoiler! gonna fill the holes later

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
damage from the flying fan! wish i took a pik of the hole in the lawn it left! lol

cud of been so bad, and 4 of us were near and all dodged it... and i flew 8 inches above my mech's evo mr!

the fan must have not been bolted on right. when i bolted my fan it took me nearly 40 mins just turning and turning little by little until none of the bolts could turn anymore. i thought i was done then somehow the other bolt kept turning, then the next.... lol. i recomend staying with the clutch fan rather than the electric fan. when i ran the electric fan, my car somehow felt slower idk.

it wasnt the bolts, the fan flew off witht he pulley still tightly attached!! lol it actually was probaly the water pump piece that came loose somehow, defect probaly..... gonna try to neatly and safely weld it on so no more sliding off! but if that throws off balance to much ima have to suck it up and spend another 70$ and hours of back tracking to replace it.... we will see

thats weird...clutch fan robs horsepower not electric fans.

its maybe because i have a honda optimal battery. other than that have no idea why.
