Hey nico members quick question for you. I just got done installing my plenum intake spacer this morning and decided not to go a head and cut my coolant hose and add in the coolant control valve for the ISO thermal upgrade is that bad? I didn't think it was necessary. Are there much gains to doing so? Is it required? Any advice would be appreciated thanks!

Supposedly the thermal upgrade reduces heat soak. High heat = less power. While by itself it won't give you a gain what it can do is minimize the losses.

Don't do anything you can't afford to replace :)
