Intake Manifold from M/T on an A/T VE30DE

this is a question if the Wiring exists on the Automatic Cars for the power valve control solenoid
if i wanted to put the upper intake manifold with the power control valve ( to increase low end torque ) - this only came on the 5 speed M/T into my car which is an automatic
1) would i need the M/T ECU

2) if not (and i can keep my automatic ECU --> then does the wiring already exist in the Engine bay

the FSM is unclear and im just wondering if anyone else has done this

well the parts been ordered so ill keep anybody whose interested updated as we go along
