Installing aftermarket subwoofer in my G37

I'll have a busy weekend...installing a Rockford Fosgate powered subwoofer system in my 2009 G37 sedan. It will be similar to another user that had on installed on his G.

I had a nice system in my 05 G35 coupe...we'll see how this one compares

Are you able to check it out before purchasing? I'd have thought you would personally prefer a F/G custom enclosure to ensure space was not too aggressively eaten up.
