Got my Ichiba 10mm wheel spacers installed over the weekend.

10mm spacers with 10mm longer studs. Seems that the 350z and Altima share the same hub and stud specifications. The spacers are hub-centric: I tried installing these myself... The wheel hub provides enough room to tap out and remove the stock studs, but the 10mm longer studs do not have enough room to fit. I had a shop install them for about $180.

Anyway here are the results, although they are a bit hard to see.

Before:

After:

My wheels are Enkei RSV 18x7.5 +35, so the offset is now +25, and the wheels sit very flush.

The spacers can be bought for under $100 per pair if you avoid buying from Ichiba directly.

I highly recommend this... Changes the look of the stance completely.

Stay away from crappy Ebay washers without longer studs!!!

Love the look. Did you do the install yourself or did you bring it to a shop?

Looks great! I need the opposite though myself. I need to have the hubs on my rears shaved down they stick out about 2-3mm. It doesn't look bad, but I'm too afraid that if I drop it at all I'll rub. Curse this staggered setup!

Unless you plan to go offroading you're not going to bottom out and smack the fender. Especially in the rear. Especially with the stiffer Eibach or H&R springs. And especially with the slight negative camber that would result.

Just ask Loop, he's running some low offset Advans.

Hub rings and spacers are not the same. You could install hub rings yourself in 10 mins.

LOL PSI.. zilla is right...

A hub ring is a washer that goes inside the wheel, you dont need a tool to put it in, it just slides in, maybe rub some glue on it so it doesnt fall out on tire rotations... If you can change a tire, you can put a hubring in.

Spacers on the other hand require you to take the studs out of the hub and if they dont give you an angle to replace them, removing the hub and/or other parts.

Nice dude! I just got mine installed a little bit ago (10mm as well). I don't have excellent comparison pics either, but..

After:

I'm very pleased with them as well. Really changes the stance of the car (pics don't do it justice). Offset of SE-R wheels is +45 I believe, so I guess I'm at +35 now, haha.

Nice improvement.

Although, the studs CAN be done without the assistance of a shop. All Nissans are designed such that the studs can be swapped without hub removal... I've swapped studs on at least 5 Nissan cars, including my G Coupe.

What about the Ichiba spacers that allow you to bolt on to the old studs and then extend new studs for you to bolt the wheel on to?

Those would require no removal of studs and I think they are about 135.

Yes, and I was able to remove a stud myself. However, the Ichiba studs are 10mm longer, and I wasn't able to get the proper angle to stick it back inside. Maybe there is another way, but I couldn't see any alternative.

Those are called "type 2" by Ichiba. However, in this case the stock studs will be too long. Only 25mm type 2 spacers will clear the stock studs.
