I Need the MODEL NUMBERS for NISSAN MAXIMA ECU

THE ORIGINAL ECU WAS STOLEN AND I DON`T KNOW THE SPECIFIC SERIAL PART NUMBER, AND I DON`T KNOW THE EXACT CAR PRODUCTION YEAR
(MAYBE 1989 OR 1990). THAT IS MY BIG PROBLEM!!

What's the build date in the door jamb? That should get you closer to identifying the model year. Where in Chile are you from? I spent some time in Santiago a few years ago.

That's probably the best that you'll be able to do. I'm not sure how US emissions relate to Chilean emissions, but I can't imagine it being all that different.

I was there in your winter, so it was the smog between the rain and not the heat that got me. I also did get to see it snow in Santiago. Welcome to NICO, hang around, we have a ton of good resources here.

Here's the list of Maxima ECU's from 89-90. You'll need to know model year, turbo (Y/N), manual or auto transmission, and Federal or California emissions to figure out the correct one. If you want the complete list (easier to read) send an email and I'l get it to you.
