I did this, AND I documented my process. :)

However, I don't think I would do it again. The buildup evolution is here->

Nice! I would have made it more of a street rod, but it's very cool nonetheless.

Nice. Why does it idle so high?

Thanks guys!

I only have a couple of video's of it idling and such on youtube. I will probably take some on my way to NissanFest 2012 next weekend.

It idles high cause of a sticky IAC. Sometimes it idles lower, sometimes higher... lol

This is a world famous issue but its a simple fix all you have to do is take the IAC off and clean it with brake parts cleaner, carb cleaner ect... Then put it back on if that doesn't fix it (and all your vacum lines are good and no leaks along the 23 feet of intercooler piping) then you need a new valve.

Sorry, but no video yet. After 600+ miles I am seeing a best of 22mpg and the worst so far of 17mpg. I still have a smoking issue on decel(oil smoke), not sure if it is from the turbo's or the heads, both of which have been rebuilt. Someone mentioned that over decking the heads/block can create this by messing with the cam timing?
