well i need to do some work on my car and im hesitant to jack it up right now. The factory points for the scissor jack have pretty much, lets say deteriorated. They are pretty much worthless.

I had some rust issues and had my frame rails remade you could say. I need to set the car on some jacks but am unsure where the next best place to put them is. The rails wont fit on the jack stands (rails are too big or stand is too small).

im just wondering if there are any alternative spots or some ideas out there.

you can get yourself some angle iron and use that to support the fram rail better whiile you use a real jack..those siscor jacks blow chunks..and are unsafe imo!..after you have the car up on one side..for safty ..use some stands..good ones..not the cheepo ones...done trust your life to crap bro...good luck

these are your jack & jack stand points:

If rail is too big @ that point, get new jack stands... that's the best spot for them.
