This is an informative description and pictures of the aero side skirts vs OEM.
It's pretty straight forward and the included instructions are more than adequate but I wanted to post some pictures and point out a few details that I learned while doing this install.
Tools I used; I had to get creative to do this without removing the tires. Clearly I need to go tool shopping for some more specialized tools. A 1/4 socket with screw bit worked pretty well. The bottom bolts are all 10mm (deep 10mm) and everything else is grommet/clips.
After you've removed all the screws and bottom bolts start from the back for a better grip and pull the OEM skirt straight off working your way to the front. Try to be as close to each grommet as you can when popping it out. Aero skirts come with all new grommets to use as needed so if you break one it's ok but it should come off relatively easily. Doors need to be open to pull it off.
Reinstall Aero skirts in reverse order. If you have a buddy two sets of hands would be better but I just propped up each end with my Cusco ramps. Line up the front good and start clipping grommets from the middle. Make sure the rear is lined up and fitting and clip all the grommets. Screw back the bottom 10mm bolts and then the front and rear screws and clips.

I did this on both my 2015 and 2018. 30 minutes total. I only dislike that not all the bolts underneath line up and there are a few plugs along the top that don't match either. But its sturdy enough. Maybe its just because mine were too new and they made changes...
