Are you asking how?

Simply follow the wires to the plug, unplug the sensor, then screw it out of the bung with a wrench. There's one on the front of the engine and one underneath the car.

There are only 2 on a 2001 G20? Not 4?

Correct.

Even if there were 4, it'd be the same process, just more sensors. Cars with 4 sensors (like 04-06 Sentras with the 1.8) have two in the manifold and two underneath the car.

Everything I can find says both are heated. I don't see why the first one would be, but I know for sure the rear one is.

I just replaced the front sensor on my '02 G20. I used a bosch universal 4-wire heated unit but only connected 3 of the 4 to the stock connector.

I would suggest that you get an oxygen sensor socket and it will be much easier than anything else. I ended up cutting the wires right at the sensor and using a large socket to get it out. There is not much room in the P11 between the radiator and engine .

True.

I'd steer clear of universal Bosch sensors. Nissan/Infinitis use a slightly different voltage than the Bosch's do, so they tend to kill Bosch sensors quickly. I say this based on an explanation I received when I burned out a brand new Bosch sensor right after it was installed. The other Bosch that was put on at that time has lasted 2 years, so it seems to be hit and miss.
