I swapped out the stock yellow ones for a hyper white led pack which only costs me about $4 It enhances the the look at night dramatically, generally I got the idea from my buddies is250

difficulty rating 1 out of 10.

Tools required: Finger pop each cover off just as you would as a battery cover. (both latches on right side)

pull out assembly, and simply twist and disconnect the light from the cover.Pull out old bulb. pop new ones in, before you put the cover back on and pop it back in, be sure to test first if the lights illuminates but switching your lights on. If it doesn't then switch with the other LED.

The lights look smooth and gives it a little more class, I'd like to put them on my Z as well. I looked on ebay for iJDM and couldn't find anything and all the prices I found for the lights were $10-$14. Is iJDM the name of the ebay store? Any help would be great. If I can get them for $4 you can't beat that, otherwise do you know the size of the LED bulb? Is it a different size because it is an LED vs the stock size? Thanks.

Thanks. I still can't find any for $4 so he did get a steel on his lights. I may just have to suck it up and spend a little more, it's not like they're that expensive anyway.

Cause since its on ebay, most of them would lead to 404's in the future due to t3h refreshingness of new auctions.

decided to do the parking lights too. yellow to blue tint..5 out of 10 difficulty rating.

my bad all, heres a temporary link..i_Jdm_toy is the seller

When you order the package deal off this website does anyone know where the 3rd set of lights goes on the Z? The license plate, the map light, and the door?

http://www.ijdmtoy.com/webpage/products/t15.htm

It says "side door courtesy lights". The only light I saw in the door was in the cup holder. Is that where they are supposed to go to?

Yeah, The package I ordered off that website for the Z came with 3 sets of bulbs. A set for the interior map lights, a set for the license plate lights, (which are friggin amazing, love 'em) then another set the same size as the license plate lights. Website says something about the door but I guess I'll just keep looking and try to find somewhere they fit.

Just put the positive led in the trunk light space. And the other one, give it to some lad with an s2k.

(I did, my buddies harness for the night plate lights only use 1)

Good thinking. I'll throw one bulb in the hatch. no friends with an S2K right now....guess I'll have a spare unless there is a light under the hood maybe? probably not, I don't remember seeing one under there.

I saw some similar LED bulbs at an Advanced Auto Parts yesterday, but they were sold out of the white so I didn't bother to check if they were direct swaps for the standard LP bulbs. Once they have them in stock I'll take a look and give ya'll an update.

Ha, I didn't even catch that it was the frame earlier; I thought it was just something photoshopped onto the picture.

This brings up a question though, I had a rear license plate frame and it rattled a bit too much for my liking. Since there are only two screws to mount the rear LP (on top), do any of you have a fix to keep a frame from rattling?

There is foam padding for the bottom of the LP, but my frame was just rattling against the LP...perhaps adding some foam between the LP and frame would solve the problem....

its interesting enough when you see people gawk and stare at the "fairlady" badge, but what really gets them is my license plate 2 + 5 = ?? A)3 B)4 C)eggs its the last choice of "eggs" which really throws people off. (the answer is A and B by the way.) at the red lights, my rearview gets more entertaining than TV.

it just sayin that if both A and B are the answer then

5 + 2 = 3 + 4 --------->(7)

I would be crackin up to with all the confused faces you prolly see. especially here in alabama
