How much Abuse can the Suspension take?

Leave it up to Brampton to start construction after the Lights.

When I say abuse I've driven over Bumps like tonight, that hit my Shocks hard with a loud impact. It was just after the light, I hit 50km.

I'm just worried, what signs will I noticed if I did any damaged. I'm also lowered on Eibach ProKit so I'm not sure if that helped or made it worst.

The eibachs will make the wear and tear worse but these parts are ment to hold up. I dont think you whould worry till you hit 60-75k

you're fine, stock suspension usually lasts for about 75k miles if not more. it is suggested to get it checked at 50k but if they aren't leaking then you're fine

Mine are gone.. I'm so pissed. I have K&N springs installed and I think thats the cause of my short suspension life.
My car is at 55 000KM and been lowered for 40 000KM.
